The Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage. The therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches. Many people say Thai massage is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment.

Thai Aromatherapy Massage is a lighter style of massage treatment, designed to soothe the emotions, condition the skin and loosen tight or tired muscles. Our therapists use a combination of the finest essential oils which deeply hydrate and purify the skin, their aromas creating a sense of harmony, relaxation and renewed energy.

Aromatherapy involves the use of essential oils, often through massage. Individual blends are prepared by the practitioner, in a base of cold pressed oil and then applied to the patient's skin through a remedial or relaxing massage. It is important that they are not used directly on the skin, as burning or
rashes could occur.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It works by physically breaking down these adhesion (knots in the muscles) to relieve pain and restore normal movement. To do this the massage therapist often uses direct deep pressure or friction applied across the grain of the muscles using oil and balm.

Four-handed massage is a massage where two therapists work on you at the same time, mirroring each others' movements. For instance, both your legs or arms are being massaged at the same time. One therapist works on the right side of your back while the other works on the left.

Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body using oil. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired.

It is a therapy that applies pressure using thumb and fingers with a special wooden stick to address specific points of the feet that correspond to each body organs and glands to restore energy flow and flush out toxins by improving blood flow, lymphatic drainage and deep relaxation.
